Robert is a very professional, timely, and fun heloc/mortgage loan officer. In our search for a heloc company, Robert exceeded our expectations for the best and lowest interest rate available AND got us financially stable with a lump sum pull from equity in the home to pay down my ever growing high interest credit card debt. We also got a break on our mortgage payments for 2 months to help us financially recover even more. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. It was so easy working with Robert through our buying process. He’s very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions (and I have a lot of questions). I felt very comfortable every step of the way because of Robert’s confidence, understanding and ability to explain everything in a way I could understand. He also helped us to find old documents that I couldn’t locate that the bank needed for our loan. He seriously made this as stress-free as possible.
